Yes. This a common practice;  trial sessions or “castings” can be arranged before deciding which coach is most suitable for you. Such opening session allows both sides to get to know each other, discuss the rules of coaching and find out what your expectations are. Following these sessions you can then select the coach with whom you feel most able to work with. At which point we can then formalise a contract.

The procedure of selecting the most appropriate coach may vary depending whether it is a private person or a corporation that requires this service.

At Grupa Tempo we do our utmost to ensure that you get the candidate that suits yours needs. We do however understand that even with the most thorough selection processes sometimes a selected candidate simple doesn’t fit your company. In such a situation we will undertake a new round of candidate selection, at no extra cost to you. This commitment is however subject domestic employment law and statutes.
